This fixes a few issues and changes a few things:
- Changed the countdown in King of the Court to only a brief pause before round start.
- Auto equip shotguns at the round start of King of the Court.
- Changed the way menus are handled.
- Fixed a bug with King of the Court stats not saving correctly.
- Fixed a bug introduced right before Build 162 with /top.
- Other fixes / improvements.
