Build 164 is a small update that includes the following:

Mention System:

• You can now mention other players by using the @ symbol in the chat.
• Valid examples are @id, @partial_name, @beginning_name…..the nick autocomplete system will find the closest name if a name is specified.
• A sound that can be turned off in /settings has been added to alert you of a mention.

Changes:

• Opened both Xoomer Gas Stations and the Ammunation in the South Las Venturas TDM.
• Added both mechanics at the Xoomers.
