I've made a few minor adjustments to the server.

- Redid the /faq information.
- Added the LS Office Tower (/ot).
- Fixed the Conference Center Spawn Position Bug.
- Fixed a bug in the Challenge Text that would show the challenge challenged the challenger (was backwards).
- Fixed the C-Bug records.
- A few other minor adjustments, bugs, typos, and fixes.
