Build 161-R2 is now on the server.

Changes:

Added 1v1 Arena to Map Voting for Weapon Arenas.
Added Detailed Command Help Messages (can be turned off in /settings).
Discord Verification can now be managed via /settings (Removed E-Mail Verification).

Fixes / Other:

Fixed a bug in group commands that take Nick / ID parameters where Multiple Players Online were found.
Fixed a bug where hit sounds wouldn't work sometimes when a player had them enabled.
Other minor fixes and improvements.
